Welcome to Dashzz! These terms govern your use of our app, website, and services. By accessing or using Dashzz, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

What is Dashzz?
Dashzz is a productivity and habit-tracking platform designed to help you organize your daily life, build habits, track goals, and plan projects. You can access Dashzz through our web app and mobile applications.
Dashzz is owned and operated by WAYRONE ENTERPRISES5 SRL, a Romanian company. By signing up for Dashzz, you agree to the terms outlined here.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dashzz. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
For users under 18, we encourage parental or guardian supervision. Parents may contact us regarding their child's account.
Subscriptions and Payment
Dashzz operates on a subscription model with different plans available depending on your preferences.
Subscription Tiers
We offer multiple subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Premium) with different features and limits. For current pricing and feature details, please see our pricing page.
Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial of Pro features to new users. No payment information required. After 7 days, you'll automatically downgrade to the Free tier. Only one trial per user. Upgrade anytime through Settings → Subscription.
Subscription Transparency
Before being charged, you'll see pricing, billing frequency, and renewal date at checkout. You must explicitly agree before payment. You'll receive a confirmation email and can cancel anytime through Settings → Subscription → Cancel.
Recurring Payments
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it through your account settings. Payments will be charged at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, depending on your plan).
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com Market Limited (Merchant of Record). When you purchase a subscription, you contract with Paddle, not Dashzz. Paddle handles payments, billing, refunds, and tax compliance. Your statement will show "PADDLE.COM*DASHZZ".

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access to paid features until then.
Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Features exceeding your new tier limits will be restricted after downgrade.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry multiple times and notify you via email. Your account may be suspended or downgraded to the Free tier after repeated failures. You remain responsible for outstanding charges.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds for new subscriptions within a reasonable period. Submit requests to support@dashzz.com. Virtual currency and shop items are non-refundable. See our complete Refund Policy.
Taxes
Paddle automatically calculates and collects all applicable taxes based on your location. Tax-compliant invoices are emailed after each payment. For questions, contact support@dashzz.com.
Virtual Currency and Shop
Coins and XP
You can earn virtual currency (coins and XP) by completing tasks, maintaining streaks, and achieving milestones.
Important:
- Coins and XP have NO real-world monetary value
- Cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or transferred between accounts
- Cannot be purchased with real money (earned only through app usage)
- Used for gamification only (shop purchases, levels, rewards)
Shop Purchases
You can use coins to purchase items in our shop, including themes, backgrounds, avatars, and powerups (XP multipliers, streak freeze, etc.).
All shop purchases are final and non-refundable. Purchased items cannot be returned or exchanged. We may add, modify, or remove shop items at any time.
If you delete your account, all virtual currency and purchased items are permanently forfeited with no refunds.
AI Features
Dashzz offers optional AI assistants (Dashee, Flowee, Guidee, Archee) to help with productivity suggestions. AI features are completely optional.
Important: AI provides productivity suggestions only, not professional advice. AI may produce inaccurate or incomplete information. You use AI features at your own risk and acknowledge that we are not liable for decisions made based on AI responses.
Usage limits vary by subscription tier. Misuse of AI features (generating harmful content, seeking professional advice, circumventing limits) may result in suspension of AI access or account termination.

User Accounts and Conduct
Account Creation
You may create an account using email/password or Google OAuth. You must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities under your account
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access (support@dashzz.com)
We are not liable for losses from unauthorized use due to your failure to maintain security.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Dashzz for personal productivity purposes and comply with all applicable laws. You may NOT:
- Create multiple accounts to bypass limits
- Share your account or impersonate others
- Violate laws or third-party rights
- Abuse features or attempt to hack or breach our systems
- Use Dashzz for illegal activities or harm others
- Artificially inflate XP/coins or exploit bugs
- Provide fraudulent payment information
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create on Dashzz (dashboards, habits, widgets, tracking data, AI messages). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
This license terminates when you delete your content or account. We do NOT claim ownership of your content or use it beyond providing the Service.
Rate Limits and Fair Use
We enforce rate limits and storage limits to ensure fair access for all users. Limits vary by subscription tier and are displayed in the app. Exceeding limits may result in temporary cooldowns or errors.
Fair use means using Dashzz reasonably for personal productivity, not for commercial resale, automated data collection, or resource abuse.
Enforcement
We may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation. For serious violations (illegal activity, security breaches, fraud), we may skip warnings and terminate immediately.
If your account is terminated, you may appeal by emailing support@dashzz.com with your explanation. Our decision is final.
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
Dashzz owns all rights to the Service, including our software, design, trademarks, logos, and content. All intellectual property rights are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may NOT copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without permission.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Your Rights
You retain all rights to your user-generated content. You grant us a limited license to use your content to provide the Service (see User Accounts section).
Copyright Infringement (DMCA)
Dashzz respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
To file a DMCA takedown notice, email legal@dashzz.com with the information required by DMCA (identification of copyrighted work, infringing material, your contact information, good faith statement, and signature).

Termination
Termination by You
You may delete your account at any time by navigating to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account.
Upon deletion:
- Your account and all data are immediately and permanently deleted
- Your subscription is canceled (no refund for unused time)
- All purchased shop items and virtual currency are permanently forfeited
- This action is irreversible - we cannot recover your data
Before deleting: Request a data export if you want to keep a copy (contact support@dashzz.com with "Data Export Request").
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, abuse the Service, or as required by law.
We'll provide notice when possible, except for legal requirements, security threats, or suspected fraud. Upon termination, your access ends immediately and we may delete your data according to our Privacy Policy.
Effects of Termination
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Outstanding fees become due. Provisions that should survive termination (disclaimers, dispute resolution, governing law) remain in effect.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service; accurate results; prevention of data loss; or compatibility with all devices. You are responsible for requesting backups (support@dashzz.com).
Dashzz is NOT a medical device or therapeutic tool. AI-generated content is provided without warranty. We are not responsible for third-party services (Paddle, Google OAuth, AI providers) or their failures.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
- Service interruptions, errors, downtime, or data loss
- Decisions based on Service usage or AI responses
- Third-party actions or services
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 USD for free users).
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
User Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dashzz and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of applicable laws.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for your use of the Service and any consequences from your actions. Do not use the Service in ways that violate laws or harm others.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before filing a formal dispute, contact support@dashzz.com and work with us in good faith to resolve it.
Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
For users where permitted, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis (no class actions). The arbitrator's decision is final. You waive jury trial rights.
Small claims court disputes, intellectual property disputes, and claims that cannot be arbitrated under law are excepted.
You waive any right to class action lawsuits. This waiver does not apply where prohibited.
Time Limitation
Claims must be brought within one year of the event. After one year, claims are permanently barred.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Romania.
International Users
If you access the Service from outside Romania, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Data may be transferred to and processed in Romania (see Privacy Policy).
Additional Rights:
- EEA/UK users have rights under GDPR
- California users have rights under CCPA
- These Terms do not waive rights that cannot be waived under local consumer protection laws

Romanian consumers have rights under Law 193/2000 on unfair terms in consumer contracts and Law 296/2004 on the Consumer Code.
For EU Consumers
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for EU consumers to resolve disputes with online traders:

This platform allows you to submit complaints and seek resolution without going to court. After submitting a complaint, the platform will suggest accredited dispute resolution bodies.
Local Consumer Rights
These Terms do not waive any mandatory consumer protection rights under your local law. If local consumer protection laws in your country grant you more rights than provided in these Terms, those rights apply and cannot be limited by this agreement.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.
Minor changes: We'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top.
Material changes: We'll notify you via email or in-app notification with reasonable notice before changes take effect.
Your continued use of Dashzz after any updates means you agree to the revised terms. If you don't agree, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your account.
Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dashzz.
Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Assignment
You may NOT assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures or delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, Internet failures, third-party service failures).
Notices
To You: We may send notices via email or in-app notifications. You are responsible for keeping your email address current.
To Us: Send notices to legal@dashzz.com with "Legal Notice" in the subject line. For legal matters, you may also send certified mail to our address below.
Electronic Communications
You consent to receive communications from us electronically. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement for writing.
Third-Party Services
By using Dashzz, you agree to comply with third-party service terms:

Violation of third-party policies may result in suspension or termination of your Dashzz account.
