What Dashzz IS

Dashzz is a productivity and personal organization tool designed to help you track habits, set goals, manage tasks, visualize progress, and stay motivated through gamification features.

Purpose: Support personal productivity, organization, and self-improvement through structured tracking and planning tools.

What Dashzz IS NOT

Dashzz is NOT: medical treatment, therapy, counseling, or psychiatric care; a therapeutic intervention; supervised by healthcare professionals; intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease; a substitute for medication; approved by regulatory bodies (FDA); or a crisis intervention service.

AI features do NOT provide medical advice and may be inaccurate. Never rely on AI for medical decisions. Consult licensed healthcare providers for any medical or mental health conditions.

When to Seek Professional Help

Seek professional help if you experience:

  • Persistent distress or difficulty functioning in daily life

Productivity tools work differently for everyone. We make no claims about medical or therapeutic efficacy. Any perceived benefits are subjective experiences, not clinical outcomes. Dashzz cannot "fix" underlying medical or psychological challenges.

By using Dashzz, you acknowledge: You are solely responsible for healthcare decisions; you will not rely on Dashzz or AI for medical advice; you will consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns; and you will not use Dashzz to replace or delay professional medical care.

Using Dashzz alongside professional treatment is acceptable (ask your provider), but Dashzz alone is not treatment.

Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dashzz is NOT LIABLE for any medical outcomes, decisions based on the Service or AI features, failure to seek treatment, reliance on Dashzz as professional care, health-related harm, or inaccurate AI responses.

Liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 USD for free users). Where exclusions aren't allowed, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Data Privacy and Health Information

Dashzz is not a healthcare provider. Your data in Dashzz is NOT part of your medical record and is not subject to HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).

Information you enter is treated as general personal data, not protected health information. Do not enter sensitive medical information unless you're comfortable with it being stored as general user data.

Dashzz does not connect to electronic health records or healthcare systems. We do not share your data with doctors, therapists, hospitals, or insurance companies. AI conversations are not reviewed by medical professionals.
